Organoleptic properties:Straw color, fruity bouquet with floral notes, good structure, harmonious and long finish.
The exemplary balance between the aromatic components in which the use of barriques plays a leading role, although not intrusive, makes us immediately understand that we are dealing with a wine of considerable importance and personality.
Ageing:
Vinification: soft pressing of selected hand-picked grapes, alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks, ageing for 24 months in concrete tanks.
Pairings:
Can be paired with a host of dishes, but it gives its best with roasted fish or meat, such as the Scamerita alla Vernaccia.
