Organoleptic properties:Cherry-pink color, flowery and fruity bouquet, fresh and quite tannic, harmonious, persistent and fine. Its color alone has the power to brings us joy, with its hues between carmine and orange. Aroma of dogwood, lightly spiced with pink pepper, slender and vibrant mouthfeel.
Ageing:
Vinification: soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks, ageing for 6 months in cement tanks.
Pairings:
It is perfect paired with summer dishes such as Pappa al Pomodoro or Gnocchi alla Sorrentina. But you can also simply have a glass along with a piece of schiacciata (Tuscan flat bread) filled with mortadella.
