Organoleptic properties:Ruby red color tending to garnet, broad and persistent bouquet, good structure, well-balanced. The elegance of the Merlot grapes is fully enhanced in this wine. The vivid color and the rich, enveloping bouquet are the forerunner to a soft, velvety, warm sip, in which one clearly recognizes the grape variety of origin.
Ageing:
Vinification: manual harvesting, selection of the best grapes, maceration and alcoholic fermentation in contact with the skins in temperature-controlled steel tanks with pumping of the must over the grape dregs. Ageing for 24 months in concrete tanks.

A great red that you could pair with great international dishes such as pepper fillet or duck breast with cranberry sauce.
